just buy don't think!

I'm super awesome at procrastination.. thank you very much.. haha..
Really trying to work on it but somehow still trying.. hmm.. 화이팅!! ㅠ.ㅠ

It has been two THREE months since I came back from my trip, and while I'm planning my next one, I realized I haven't post anything yet on my S.Korea trip??!!

Think I'll sum up some of my experiences and lessons learned from my Korea trip this year.

Here goes nothing:

1. JUST BUY DONT THINK!!

These are the exact words I'll tell myself in my future travels.
Those money saved won't sum up to your next flight ticket! (at least to S.Korea, the cost were heartbreaking as we booked sorta last minute)
And you won't be able to get them elsewhere once you missed it, even if it's still in the same country.. Arghh.. Sadness.. I missed out a cap with words 대한민국 back in Myeongdong, made in Korea, baby! Though I got another nice baby blue one from there as well, still.. Sad..

2. BE PREPARED FOR THE UNEXPECTED!!

There will always be unexpected things coming your way, and things won't always go according to plan (basically 50%, probably 90% of the plan will go weary if not enough preparation is done).
For us, we need to consider our tardiness as well..
Every hour and minute, even second seems to be set on double speed when you travel.. no tardiness is allowed, but we let ours go wild during some of the days, thus that's something which bugs us until now..
in short, Constant Vigilance!!

3. PLAN MORE BUT DON'T OVERPLAN!!

it's good to plan extra, more places and food to cover;
but the horror comes in if you realise you can't finish everything..
for me i've put in extra items which i think could be excluded if we ran out of time..
but alas, some of those main ones were cut off as well..
backpacking = lots of walking and public transport taking --> time wasted (time to experience culture)
interesting spots in Seoul are quite far apart i would say, some needed few hours to reach (Everland and Nami Island)..

4. BE HAPPY!! ENJOY!! EVEN THE RAIN AND AIR!!
our first day in Seoul, on the way to find our hostel, RAINING!! 비왔어요!
we might be seen as 3 crazy girls carrying luggages in the rain then (we were wondering why are we doing that back then as well), but looking back it seems to be such an unforgettable experience..
travelling is all about having fun and enjoying cultures of others; sure, things might get us frustrated and all, but we try not to let them affect us (with much effort.. =P)..

We will surely be seen in SouthKorea again, probably the next time in Busan as well..
Until then, money saving comes in first... haha..

Pictures and sharing to be posted up "soon"..
i'm thinking of how to define my "soon"..........
SOON!!!!

안녕하세요.. Anneonghasaeyo..

안녕하세요.. Anneonghasaeyo..

At last, I'm home, after a full week of walking and experiencing another different culture.
Right now in the middle of the night, I start my opening of my first post on my Korea trip.. But I'm too tired, I think I'll continue to sleep first..

KOREA,
a magical place, for someone like me, a Kpop and Kculture fan.

I would say my trip was like a dream come true;
all those dramas and shows, appearing before me,
even the sound of the locals speaking Korean seems surreal to me,
what more to say me speaking weird and broken Korean which they seem to understand.
I'm in love............... with Korea of course..

All those plannings seems to be lacking even though I brought along another approximately 2kg papers of details (I'm talking serious stuff)..
YESsss, backpacking is tiring.. especially in a country with languages you can't speak..
and where English are rarely used..
when you are lost, you die..
=P kidding
We encountered a few cases where we couldn't find our way, locals which we asked were super helpful, though they can't really speak English, but you can see that they are determined to find you your way (though sometimes we got lost again after asking.. argghh..). I still remember the ahjushi who were so helpful, he spent around 10min talking and showing us the way..

There're so much to share, but so many shows waiting for me.
Will try to get it all out before they fade away, but I doubt they will.
Korea makes me feel calm, at ease, kinda like a destresser (is there a word like this?), my mind would lock the memories in, I hope..

I know I'm rambling.. sorry can't help it..
Am still thinking how I will present out those exciting but tiring experience, haha.

Will stop here for now, next post would begin with Jeju I presume.
Till then, have fun...! With life!
Don't slouch!
Oh, the last message's for me.

why 'green'; why this blog?

Anneong!!
Hello!!
你好!!

My new blog!!
well it's not 'totally' new, this was an edited blog, from my previous blog <@ dA K in m3? @>
i wanted to start something new, have been hibernating for too long..
had a lot of fun imagining what i would share here.. But they are all imaginations, not realized yet.
Haha.. Let's hope i achieve what is planned..

Now, what is it that was/is planned..?

- This would be my travel and ramble blog (mostly would be related to kpop =P)!Erm....... no, I don't travel all the time; only once per year, maybe twice sometimes - overseas I mean.. Also sometimes within Malaysia.
- will retain my previous posts about kpop (from my blog "da K in me?"), I'm too lazy to monitor both, and others as well.. kyaah.. laziness....
- It will all be from my inner brain!
I'll try not to make it too boring, even though it's meant to be a channel, to channel my craziness and inner self, i do hope that my personal experience and thoughts can be shared with others, spreading happy virus as well..
- green
Just.. wanted to add in something which would represent me.. and i love caps; my first cap was green, and woosh, here comes @girlwithagreencap..
personally, the greencap reminds me to stay true to my old self (who had soooo much fun being who she was)..
side story: i actually created a totally new blog called "girlwithagreenbag" - to blog on traveling, which right now, as i'm typing, is still existing, which i will delete off after i publish this post, which by then will vanish forever.. muahaha.. sorry, got carried away.. why green again? just.. my bag for traveling is green, so..
AND yes, totally inspired by 'the girl in the green scarf'' in Confessions of a Shopaholic - by Sophie Kinsella.. I hope no copyright involved, mine is 'cap'!!

With this, we come to the end of this post (also because I'm too lazy to continue). (=.=)
I'm visiting Korea soon!!!!!!!
Lots of research and effort done for this trip..
it will be a dream come true for me, after all these years of following Kpop, Kvariety and Kculture.
Kinda scared and excited, hopefully everything goes well..

Next post will be on Korea!!
Woohoo.........

Wingardium Leviosa!
Up up here we go!
